Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • An unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the package is opened

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns will not be accepted for any personal care products, as these are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return instructions. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.


Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund. An unboxing video is mandatory to process claims for damage or wrong item delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personal care items (e.g., herbal supplements, capsules, oils)

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without an unboxing video

  • Items bought on sale/discount

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for wrong or damaged items. If approved, we will guide you through the process.
Please note: an unboxing video is required to claim an exchange.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 8 to 15 business days:

  • If you paid online (UPI, card, etc.), the amount will be refunded to the original payment method

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, the refund will be issued to your bank account (details required)
